Our Store & Shopify

Purchases made on this Site are processed through Shopify Inc., our e-commerce platform provider. Checkout, payment processing, and order fulfillment are handled through Shopify's secure platform, and your use of Shopify's checkout is also subject to Shopify's own Terms of Service where applicable.

Products & Availability

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are believed accurate at the time of posting but may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these Terms. Many of our pieces are released in limited colorways or limited runs; once a colorway or drop sells out, we may not restock it.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to cancel and refund any order placed at an incorrect price. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase and is processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure.

Shipping

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy is listed separately on our Returns page. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to the YDG JEWELS name, logo, product designs, photography, and copy, is the property of YDG JEWELS and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YDG JEWELS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.
